L~4 suasages fried up in butter and canola oil, splash of hwc and a little chopped onion
D~Pizza :) I haven't made lc pizza in so long and I am craving it!

D - Going to the bar to watch the football game and it's 50 cent wing night, woohoo! Buffalo goodness here I come!

L--romaine salad w/celery, olives, bacon
S--more tea and half oz raw almonds
D--chicken fingers (chicken tenders dipped in egg then rolled in shredded Pecorino Romano cheese, drizzled w/olive oil and baked) and cauliflower "rice".

I did not have a good day and I really wanted to cheat. Instead, I made a good dinner of low-carb BBQ chicken, steamed broccoli and green salad with blue cheese dressing. Snacking on some peanuts now. Please wish me luck.

B: Coffee w/hwc, 1 egg and 1.5 pieces of bacon
L: Buy one get one Wendy's grilled chicken sandwich sans buns, shared some with the Chihuahua
D: chuck roast that's been crocking all day in butter and chicken stock, veggie of some sort

L: spicy salmon and bacon spinach salad and marinated vegetables.
D: lemon herb chicken breast, cheesy broccoli and bacon, and green beans.

Your dinner sounds delish! I hear you on the bad day, but I know you can push through and resist the urge to cheat. That would just make a bad day worse, when you think about it. Stay strong, nibble on low carb leftovers:up:

I have the induction flu - nausea and sugar withdrawal headache and wanted to have a regular soda so bad just to get it to stop but I have been chugging the water instead.
