I'm allergic to eggs so I never eat them unless they are cooked into something else and less than 1 egg at a time.

If you aren't a big breakfast eater, you might be able to get away with just a protein shake for breakfast. Granted, I had WLS a few years ago, but I have had an iced coffee latte like beverage of some sort for breakfast EVERY day for about 4 years now.

If I have time (weekends) a couple hours after that I'll sometimes have sausage or something.

I agree with others on the point that you don't have to have traditional breakfast like items. I've had salad for brunch plenty of times

This morning I will moosh up a blueberry/oatmeal/flax muffin (wheat-free) and warm in the microwave. Then top with Greek Gods plain yogurt. Mama mia!!! Yummy!
