L: homemade chicken salad, ckn mayo celery green onion spices
D: hb patty with blue cheese crumbles and grilled asparagus

B: western omelet with sausage links.

Dinner has been changed to a grilled pork hop with a green peppercorn sauce, garlic cauliflower purée and green beans w red peppers.

I had the most awesome breakfast! It's an UD for me.
Linda Sue's meatloaf with broccoli salad and fo smashed cauliflower. (all leftovers from last night that I didn't get to eat then).

I had never had smashed cauliflower before. It was similar to mashed potatoes, but unique in its own right. I absolutely loved it! I will be stocking up on cauliflower.

Because I had such a big breakfast, I haven't/won't eat lunch. But for supper I will have another LS recipe - Gyro Salad. Yum, Yum, Yum.... I am loved all this HFLC food!

Sometimes I get so jealous of all the chefs out there ... I mostly rely on really simple stuff or pre-cooked food...

B: 3 soft boiled eggs and Bob Evans pre-cooked sausage links
L: Atkins crustless chicken pot pie - first time I've tried an Atkins meal, quite liked it, and pleasantly surprised that the ingredients all seem to be real food
D: I'll probably toss a hamburger patty or 2 in the oven and have Giant Eagle's chopped Italian salad mix. My wife might make chicken salad, and if so I'll have some of that.

Snacks ... lots of pork rinds ...

Dinner- home made chili- meat spices tomatoes only sprinkled with cheddar

B - Ground beef, a sardine (I didn't have enough ground beef so I had to add a little something to make up the protein), bone broth (w/salt, fermented cod liver oil, high vitamin butter oil and coconut oil).

L - Oxtail, carrots, ghee

D - Bone broth (w/salt and high vitamin butter oil), eggs (fried in ghee) and bacon.
