It's Monday! What are you eating today?

Happy Monday!

B: coffee with hwc and two tbls CO, one slice bacon
L: 2 egg omelet with bacon crumbles and 1oz cheese
D: going to attempt a new pork chop "breading" with almond flour and pork rinds, half an acorn squash with kerrygold
S: nothing! Trying to get in control of fridge grazing!

breakfast- avocado half, 2 pasture eggs, butter tblspoon, small slice 4yr aged cheddar
snk - grass fed pork loin 4oz with kerry gold butter blk pepper half avocado
lunch - same as snack
dinner- 2 pasture eggs, kerry gold butter, either pork or grassfed beef, avocado half n slice cheese
dessert- 2 eggs kerry gold butter avocado half and either pork or beef and slice cheese

might have more to my plates not sure lol but at 2500+ losing well where at a less amount just gain

today tried to go veggie free cause have non lol so everything minus the veggie

Yummy menus some of you had today!

I had a graze type day. Two flax seed muffins, celery with laughing cow cheese, more celery with a bit of almond butter, two hard boiled eggs and 2 oz of cheddar cheese. I did not eat dinner yet nor do I think I will just because I'm being lazy.
