I started putting CO in my coffee over a week ago and everyday I felt like I was starving. I would have around 3-4 of them and lunch just seemed so far away. I decided 2 days ago stop and see how I felt and the last couple of days I haven't been as hungry. Has anyone experienced this with the CO?

Christina, For some people, the fat is very filling and they don't need anything else for hours. For me, if I just have fat, and no protein with it, it makes me hungrier. I need the protein with the fat to fill me up. So I think it's different for each person. You may be one of those, like me, that needs the protein with the fat to feel full.

Just a little note on using co in an iced coffee, mix it with a stick blender when the coffee is warm then ice it and you dont' get the little chunks.

You can also use MCT oil to avoid the blobs in colder drinks, like iced tea or coffee. I often (especially when traveling) carry a little MCT oil in small bottle with eye dropper. Even with out a blender, you can add to hot coffee, just stir, because it is liquid going in and stays liquid. And it doesn't cool the drink as much as cream or half and half.

Coconut oil is awesome in stir-fry. I add it to the mix in addition to butter and of course liquid aminos, pepper, and other seasonings. Love it!!

I just started using coconut oil on my face but my skin doesn't want to absorb it. Many hours after I put it on it's still there on the surface, enough so that my fingers are greasy when I touch my face. Has anyone else had this happen?
