Interesting observation....

The last 2 weeks or so I tried using half and half in my tea instead of the hwc. I noticed that I was wanting to eat in between meals, having the munchies too often. (Not actually hungry, just wanting something).

So this weekend I bought hwc, been using it since Sunday, and my appetite is back in check. It could be a coincidence, but I'm not going to fix what's not broken again!

Not surprised Kittycatmom. Half and half is higher in carbs, although not dramatically so but if you're having a couple cuppas a day it can add up. Carbs make me hungry, no doubt about it. And, cream has more fat, which is what helps keep our appetite in check. Plus, it's yummy and rich. I put cream in blackberry or tangerine diet soda with lots of ice, so good, like a liquid dreamsicle.

I do same when I get home from work- although I usually add it to a diet root beer or cream soda- so filling and satisfying!

I didn't have that problem but I definitely lost weight faster once I got rid of H&H and switched it for HWC. It didn't even matter that I stayed in ketosis using half and half.
