I think it is all about quantity, and control. Should you be eating several ounces of cheese at every meal? Probably not on an ongoing basis. It is very calorie dense.

Two servings of 2-3 ounces a day? For sure!

White soft cheeses stall me but yellow hard cheeses are fine for me. I could probably give up cheese if I had to. But you would have to pry HWC out of my cold dead hands.

Start Date: LC start 2005, have tried everything...
I had to throw most of the cheese in the freezer to stay out of it this week. I have had a terrible time since coming back from vacation to clip back on my eating. I had only about a tablespoon's worth of hard cheese yesterday (and I'm avoiding sweeteners). It has been a rough two weeks!

I finally feel like I am back in control. Someone brought in treats today and the scent is wafting past my office, but I am not moved.

Whew!!!!

I look forward to the extra tang cheese offers. It would suck if i had to give it up as well. BUT...then again, it sort of sucked giving up pasta too. I could do it if I had to.
