It's SUNDAY! What Are You Eating Today?
Morning all. :)
Brekky: Two scrambled eggs, one rasher of bacon and an iced Americano with sugar free vanilla syrup.
Lunch: Tuna mayo with lettuce, red onion and gherkin.
Dinner: Chicken, mushroom and broccoli alfredo topped with grated parmesan.
Snacks: Peperami, cheestring.
Plus at least two litres of water and a Berocca.
I am taking an old friend out for brunch today at the Four Seasons. She is from London and this will be her first time in Boston. So I think I will have scrambled eggs or an omlette with coffee.
For dinner, I am making pumpkin soup -- which is low carb and delicious.

B: 3 scrambled eggs ,2 ozs ground beef t bsps ricotta cheese fried up with green chiles
D : Bifes with fried poatoes ( andean potatoes lowish in carbs on the scale of carrots)
B: 1/2 English muffins with SF apricot preserves and butter, 2 coffees with hnh
L: maybe a turkey leg (going to the int'l festival)
D: grilled country ribs and broccoli

B: coffee with sweet n low hwc and a tbls CO
L: I'm not sure, prob deli ham with cream cheese in the middle, dill pickle
D: planning on grilled chicken with acorn squash
Water water water and iced tea
I don't like to bother with "meals", so I'll have a few scrambled organic eggs with lots of organic butter I'll share with my dogs.
Then later I'll have some pieces of a flank steak I broiled and sliced yesterday that had lots of marbling. (won't broil meat again, took half an hour to clean the oven. LOL)
For snacks I'll have a piece or two of muenster cheese or a glug of heavy raw cream I make myself from a friend with cows. Or maybe a spoon of coconut oil.
A mug or two of home made beef bone broth with extra salt.
Coffee with heavy cream throughout the early hours. Water later in the day so I can sleep.
I'd rather designate my daily carb allotment to dairy than veggies.
