in/out of ketosis question
I've been doing low carb for the second time in my life, this time starting on 7/9/13. I've done pretty well, keeping carbs under 30 most days. my question is how many carbs will end up knocking me out of keto? I really want to go have some boneless wings and a beer tonight. if I stay under, say, 60 g of carb for this whole day, will I still be good? or will I go out of ketosis and have to start all over again? this won't be a full on cheat/carb overload, but higher than normal or that i'd usually like. I started out on 7/9 at around 255 and weigh slightly under 230 right now. it's been kind of slow going compared to the last time I did atkins/low carb in 2005.
