Hit my first goal

I started my weightloss on April 6th of this year, and had set a goal of losing 100 pounds by the end of 2013. Well I hit my goal a couple days ago, and it feels great. 6 months and 5 days, I have lost 100 pounds. I immediatly went out and bought new clothes, that I desperatley needed. I dropped from a 4xlt or 5xl Shirt to 3xl, and a 56-60 x 32 pant (depending on the manufactorer) to a 52 x 30, almost a 50 x 30.

My weightloss has certainly slowed down since I started (I was losing 5 pounds a week for several months) so now I hope to lost another 100 pounds by the end of 2014.

Just wanted to share, since these types of posts always seem to help me stay motivated.

Congrats on the weight loss. I am certainly inspired by you.

I notice that you are in Vermont. I have a cousin who lives in Vermont. He lives in Chittenden, I think. I know it is very close to Rutledge. What part are you in, if you don't mind me asking.

Honestly Im kind of all over the place with my menu, some days I have 3 meals a day, other times I have just one meal and a snack.

Lots of meat, and not a ton of vegetables. I drink a lot of water as well, I find that generally fills me up.

I sometimes use LC products like atkins bars. And I use LC wraps generally everyday as well.

You may know my cousin, then. He lost his wife in either late February or early March. She had several things wrong with her and was in the Dartmouth Medical School hospital (can't think of the real name for the hospital - sorry) for the last 100 days of her life.
