It's SATURDAY! What Are You Eating Today?
Brekky: One minute muffin with vanilla, cinnamon, Splenda and butter. Plus an Americano with double cream and English toffee da vinci.
Lunch: Tuna mayo with lettuce, red onion and gherkins.
Dinner: Either homemade mushroom soup or an omelette with salad.
Snacks: Peperami, cheestring.
Plus at least two litres of water and a Berocca.
B: 2 eggs, 3 slices bacon, 2 coffee with stevia, cream and coconut manna.
L: 2 chicken legs, salad with homemade blue cheese dressing
S: stir fry and grilled chicken
B: coffee with sweet n low and hwc , tbls CO
L: left over ribeye steak with kerrygold melted on top
D: slow BBQ brisket (no sauce here in texas lol) deviled eggs and cream cheese bacon wrapped jalapeņos planned at a family dinner tonight
Water water water and no rum or diet cokes as part of my little experiment I've got going.
Leftover buffalo wings from yesterday snd cabbage slaw for lunch.
For dinner I think sirloin stroganoff, cauliflowerice.
B: homemade English muffin with butter and cream cheese, coffee with almond breeze milk
L: egg salad
D: hamburger on other half of English muffin, tomatoes, onions, pickles with cottage cheese

Continuing my "Meat and Egg" WOE since it seems to be what is finally working for me:
B: Sausage Quiche
L: Scrambled Eggs with sausage bits
Snack: pepperoni slices
D: Low Carb Meatloaf with honey bbq
To drink plain water or Arizonia Lemon Stix Tea (0 calories, 0 carbs)
Breakfast - sirloin pork chop, cucumber with ranch dressing, coffee with splenda and french vanilla creamer.
lunch - 1/2 bologna sandwich on ww with mayo, cucumber with ranch dressing, 1/2 cup sugar-free peaches
snack - Light & Fit greek yogurt, cherry probably
supper - chicken breast, carrots & green beans, probably sugar-free jello
snack - 2 mini reese cups (my indulgence for the day while I walk)
Coffee w/hwc, Splenda
2 hamburger patties
Small steak, green salad w/lettuce, a few cherry tomatoes, jalepeno sand cucumber. Chipotle ranch dressing. A couple bites of leftover shrimp, squash and onions from last night.
