It's FRIDAY! What Are You Eating Today?
Morning all. :)

Brekky: Two boiled eggs.

Lunch: Spicy chicken breast with avocado and soured cream served up in a couple of romaine leaves.

Dinner: Cheese and onion omelette with lettuce, cucumber and garlic mayo.

Snacks: Peperami, cheddar.

Plus at least two litres of water, a Berocca and maybe a Diet Mountain Dew Energy

breakfast- coffee with HWC
Lunch- hamburger patty
Dinner- Chicken in the crockpot and green beans

Just had a steak medallion, with 2 fried duck eggs and 3 fried mushrooms, for breakfast. Dinner tonight (not doing lunch) will be lamb loin with Brussels sprouts :D

Breakfast: 2 Hard Boiled Eggs and a vanilla egg creme
Lunch: 2 Hard Boiled Eggs
Snack: Mozzarella String Cheese and Sugar Free Jello
Dinner: Eggs and maybe bacon...not sure how I'll prepare the eggs

Ate about 1 egg and bacon scrambled for breakfast, cup of coffee w/hwc and splenda

Lunch is leftover grilled pork steaks, cucumber slices, ranch dressing, and a hunk of sharp cheddar

Friday night dinner, don't feel like cooking, but no $$$ to get takeout, so probably spaghetti sans noodles, or taco sans the shell.

Brunch coffee w hwc,sweet n low, fried Turkey ham with 1 egg and melted cheddar wrapped in lc wrap w mayo
Dinner Homemade Hamb. chili w seasonings,onion,tomatoes,found a canned Rotel tomato sauce,real good ,no sugar w green chilis, Topped w cheddar ,Pork rinds,sf sun tea
s shelled peanuts,blueberries,diet twist up drink gallon+ cold water

S- Bad Girl I know, nachos with cheese and peppers! (its date night!!)

I'm sick so not really into eating today but so far have had:

B: coffee
S: 2 cheese sticks
L: 2 bunless burgers
D: marinated chicken (if I'm hungry)

2 sausage patties, 2 eggs scrambled with cheese, 2oz sliced tomatoes
L: 2 thin salami slices rolled with 2 spoons of cream cheese
D: have ribeyes thawed for the grill with kerrygold butter on top

Happy Friday!
B: coffee w/ 1/4 cup cream.. that I didn't get to finish
later on had some bacon and macadamia nuts for breakfast
L: 2 egg and sausage muffin quiches
D: Shirataki alfredo w/ baby bella mushrooms
snacks: spoonful of peanut butter, fat bomb, couple pork rinds

really feeling that tummy bloat and hunger go away!

I've eaten more legal carbs today than I have in months ! We are camping and always eat so good when doing that ! Lol
Coffee w/hwc, Splenda
2 Tbls peanut butter on a lc wrap
Bacon wrapped shrimp and shrimp, squash and onions ....yum yum yum...ate waaay too much
Coffee w/hwc, Splenda and a piece of %90 Lindt
