I don't think you can taste the cream cheese, and I guess you could leave the Parmesan cheese out. You just get a nice crust that's sturdy enough to pick up. We like it with Italian sausage and mushrooms, or Canadian Bacon. You!

The recipe I use came from MS.Woods and is so simple it is
1/4 cup crushed pork rhinds
1/4 cup parm cheese in green can
1 egg
That's it mix it up,press it out on non stick foil or parchment lined pan and bake at 350 til browned...about ten minutes if you press it thin...then add sauce and toppings and pop back into oven to melt cheese...yum.
