It's MONDAY! What Are You Eating Today?

Morning all.

Brekky: Americano with double cream and English toffee da vinci.

Lunch: Two eggs scrambled in butter with smoked salmon, black pepper and lemon juice.

Dinner: Gammon steak with two fried eggs and grilled cherry tomatoes. Followed by sugar free strawberry and banana Jello.

Snacks: Peperami, an oz of cheddar if needed.

Plus at least two litres of water and a berocca.

Start Date: July 4th 2013 sugar first, then LC august 25th
Morning...

B: coffee with sweet n low, hwc and CO
L: left over pork chop fried in butter and almond meal
S: if needed, string cheese or dill pickles
D: pork butt in crockpot now for dinner later. Haven't had a lot of success with seasoning these huge cuts of meat so trying a different combo of spices today.

Lunch: undecided but probably some sort of hamburger/broccoli "creation"

Lunch : if anything a scrambled egg or two
Dinner: chicken quarters not sure what style and a salad. Maybe some broccoli as well

Still in a deep enough ketosis that I just don't want to eat. Maybe even can't eat. Not sure if I'm losing or holding though. Going to weigh in this afternoon :/

Lunch: cobb salad (which I am wolfing down now in my hotel room in NYC), water
Dinner: I don't know yet. My client is taking us out for dinner. I hope I can find something low carb. If not, I will just be very careful.

Edited to subtract the zucchini. I just spread Kerrygold butter on my steak and sprinkled with sea salt. Yum!!
