It's SUNDAY! What Are You Eating Today?

Morning all.

Got up too late for brekky!

Lunch: Three eggs scrambled in butter with smoked salmon, lemon juice and black pepper.

Dinner: Roast chicken, red pepper and onion.

Snacks: Peperami, babybel if needed.

B: yogurt mixed with cheesecake pudding topped with flax, coconut, and almonds, 2 coffee with hwc
L: seafood salad
D: bacon, 2 fried eggs, 1 homemade English muffin with butter
Dessert: hot tea with Splenda and hwc

Breakfast: coffee with half and half, splenda
Lunch/Dinner: grilled sausages, sauteed onions and peppers, fresh green salad, sparkling water
Snack: if I am hungry, I will have more water, fresh strawberries and hot tea

Had the children over for lunch today after church...no time to eat !
2cups of coffee w/hwc and Splenda and about 6 ozs of boiled shrimp. Oh and a glass of Splenda sweetened tea.
