It's SATURDAY! What Are You Eating Today?
 
Morning all.

Brekky: A few mushrooms, a tomato and two eggs scrambled in butter. Plus an Americano with double cream and English toffee da vinci.

Lunch: Peppered salami, lettuce and cucumber with a tiny drizzle of olive oil and lemon juice.

Dinner: Gammon steak with two fried eggs and Heinz one carb ketchup.

Snack: A few cubes of cheddar and maybe a peperami.

Plus at least two litres of water and a berocca.

B- Pumpkin Flax Pancake
L- Veggie Pizza on Joseph's Flax Pita with SF marinara sauce
D- Baby Back Ribs with roasted sprouts & cauliflower and ranch
S- Ricotta with egg nog DaVinci syrup and maybe a few nuts

Coffee and diet ginger ale throughout the day.

Breakfast: coffee with half and half, splenda
Lunch: sparking water (we eat dinner early on the weekends so I usually skip lunch)
Dinner: grilled burgers, green salad, mozzerella and tomato salad, glass of wine, water

B: Skipped. I slept in too late!
L: Homemade sloppy joes on an LC wrap and a couple deviled eggs
D: Not much. Leftovers or a salad.

So far I've had:
coffee with 1/4c cream
mac nuts and cheddar cheese

need to go grocery shopping. I'm not sure what's going to be for dinner!

B & L: 1 fried egg, 1/2 homemade English muffin with butter, 2 coffees with hwc(slept late)
S: pork rinds and salsa
D: taco salad

2 cups coffee w/hwc
3 slices bacon, egg fried in bacon grease
5 peanuts from the shell, lunch meat
Dinner will be a "natural" chicken I got 50% off (only way I can afford that sort) at Safeway. Don't know if I should try to grill it or not. My grill isn't working properly since I cleaned it and it takes forever to cook anything on it. Also got a nice organic fall squash I'll roast and mash up with some hwc, butter, salt, garlic, and maybe some cinnamon.

Late Lunch (2:30): tacoless taco salad
S: grilled chicken
Beverages: coffee, lemon water and 3 sips of diet coke.

B - Yet more leftover meatloaf (hey, it was good!)

L - A soda at the laundromat. Still full from B-fast.

D - Mexican shredded beef with a cheddar cheese sprinkle on top, and a slice of low carb cheesecake.

B - coffee with CO (slept late)
L - jalapeno popper chicken ( 1/2 breast ) and 4 jalapeno popper 1/2's - yep yep
S - 3 egg omelette with bacon and cheddar cheese

This a.m. I was out and about, and had not had breakfast. I went to Walmart and grabbed 2 hb eggs.

Lunch was another meal "out" - a small tossed salad with grilled chicken and ranch.

Dinner was a crock pot chicken tortilla (without the tortilla :jumpjoy:) soup. It was awesome! I made it with homemade chicken broth, taco seasoning, shredded chicken, mild salsa, onions, celery. Served with sour cream and avocado.

Drinking coffee with sf syrup and coconut milk now.

Out and about ALL day.
Grilled Mahi Mahi, Caesar salad and broccoli for lunch
Ribeye, green salad for dinner
Coffee w/hwc, Splenda
