Butter Oil?

I was on Amazon today looking at fish oils, and found my way to butter oil by NutraPro. 100% grass fed cows, it's supposed to be full of antioxidents and better than ghee because they don't use the high-heat that ghee requires in the manufacturing. Coconut oil always upsets my stomach - is this a viable alternative? Has anyone used this before? I'm trying really hard to increase my fat consumption and get into NK for health reasons. Your thoughts are appreciated!

I'm pretty sure butter oil is a supplement, not something you would "eat" or use in recipes. I've heard it tastes pretty nasty. That said, next time I get fermented cod liver oil capsules I am thinking of getting ones that also have butter oil in them. The combo is supposed to be very healthful. I think butter oil has a lot of vitamin K, which I think would be beneficial for me. If I bought some, it would probably be from Green Pastures. I trust them as a brand, I haven't ever heard of NutraPro before.

It looks like ghee, just from grass fed cows. You can find other brands a lot cheaper than $44 + 8 shipping for 12oz ;)
