Never heard of that. What is it? Is it any different than just adding some Torani SF Pumpkin Pie syrup?

"Emulsion" just sounds so ... creamy.

the bakery emulsions are water based flavorings, not a sweetened syrup like Torani. I think the Torani or DaVinci would work just as well, since I can't really imagine someone wanting pumpkin spice flavored coffee that was NOT sweetened.

It's made by Lorann. To me it tastes way better than the SF daVinci or Torani syrups. It's SF flavorings used for baking. You only need a very small amount in drinks.

Bakery emulsions, if I remember correctly are oil based and blend better in baked goods. I know there is a Red Velvet Cake Bakery Emulsion made by Lorann I have been eying from one of the big bakers supply places.
