Interesting. Ironically, I brought an unsalted stick of butter to work for my afternoon coffee. If I have some today, can't wait to see what the difference is.

Black now, I always used to have cream in it, but when I started intermittent fasting the cream had to go, so I could still have coffee. I have to say that I love my coffee even more now, go figure. I usually drink Tim Hortons (Canadian) or Just Us organic Colombian in my old fashioned drip coffee maker at home.

It's very addicting LOL!

I have a Keurig and use ground coffee in the reusable cups. For a special treat, I add one shot of a zillion Davinci flavors and some heavy cream. 95% of the time it's black coffee or if I have it - I add the coconut oil. Honestly, its one of the most luxurious things you can do to coffee.

Coffee with coconut oil and butter is like manna from the Gods. A cup a day will keep the doctor away.

I have heard that from so many people. I have never tried it tho I will have to get some coconut oil this week and try it. Is there a certain kind you use?

After brewing a cup of dark roast in my Keurig brewer, I add a tablespoon of Trader Joe's organic coconut oil and a tablespoon of Kerrygold unsalted butter. Whip it all up with an immersion blender about 20 seconds until the oil emulsifies and you will have the best tasting, creamiest treat ever.

I used to hate coffee...always drank tea. One day, I liked the smell of a coffee someone bought us and tried it. I've been hooked since. Weird.

I have a cuisinart drip brewer. My favorite is "Illy" brand coffee - we are in their online program. They are wonderful! I used to do, coconut oil, HWC or half and half and almond milk - blended up in a magic bullet...

Lately, I have been trying to cut coffee/caffiene a bit, and I went dairy free, so I've been doing less coffee, but part decaf, part regular, one bag of chai tea (or gingerbread tea, which is caffiene free). I make 27 oz (I have a thermos), and I put a little into a magic bullet with 2-3 tbl coconut oil and homemade nut milk. I blend for 15-20 seconds and then mix all the coffee with the bullet mixture. Yum!
