New and need help!
I've been doing this for about a week now and I'm already seeing weight loss! My only concern is that I have an egg intolerance and too much grease can affect my stomach - which leads me to ask 'what else is there for breakfast besides eggs and bacon?' I'm going to get quest bars tomorrow and use them as a breakfast replacement for now, but eventually I'll need some new ideas ? Also is it possible I'm just feeling nauseated because of carb withdrawal? (I've been eating lots of veggies and protein and nuts - not just crap)

Anything you eat for lunch or an evening meal can be eaten for breakfast. Re: being nauseous, yes, make sure you're getting enough salt. Have some broth, that seems to help with carb withdrawal - it's very important.

Totally agree with Terry. Instead of eggs have LC leftovers from supper the night before. And broth will help with the upset stomach too

I've been eating leftover Southwestern Taco Soup that I made this past weekend. Its VERY good. I found it on this recipe site here.

I also take leftover meats (steak, pork chop, chicken, etc.) and dice it up real small, saute in butter and sprinkle BBQ seasoning overtop. I've also done taco seasoning and louisiana seasoning.

On another note, you should look into taking enzymes. They will help a lot with your stomach's inability to process certain foods. My heartburn completely disappeared the first time I started taking them. I've been taking betaine HCL.

I don't' know what all you can have at this point, but here are some suggestions that may help: green smoothies, shakes, flax cereal with almond milk, cream cheese muffins, berries with a dollop of plain Greek yogurt, one minute muffin, and I'm sure there are others. I think it will be worth your time to come over to the Lowcarb Recipe Help & Suggestions - Low Carb Friends area and pore through the pages for other ideas also.

Sometimes I have chicken or Tuna Salad, leftover meat, 1/2 c full fat Yogurt with a bit of berries. I have never had a " Bar " ever and stay away from frankenfoods. Early on in Atkins you should not have nuts or carby veggies.
