1 week strong and now, No hunger?
 
So I lost 8 pounds on my first week, now I'm at 163 pounds (181cm), And only today I don't feel hungry, not even a single bit? Is this weird or just normal?
I've only been eating meat and vegetables (non-starchy) and drinking plain water these past week. Not a single bite of bread, rice or noodles, or any carbohydrates for that matter..

This is how I used to look back then.. at 231 pounds....

And then started swimming and dieting (Not-Atkins diet) and lost quite abit...

Congrats on your 8 pound loss. That is exactly what I lost my first week. By the end of week 1, I was forcing myself to eat my meals. Otherwise, I would get this weird shaky feeling, but still never hungry. It is very normal to not feel hungry at all. I know one day, I went most of the day without eating before I realized it and only ate dinner that day.
