Thought I'd start since no one else did.....

B- bulletproof coffee with hwc and co
Bacon with tomato and mayo

L- Trader Joe's Chili lime chicken burger with guacamole

D- leftover halibut with red thai curry sauce

12 almonds
1/2 cup homemade pimento cheese
Few slices pepperoni
Chicken with mushroom cream sauce and maybe green beans
Pork skins and sour cream if I need a late night snack

B: 1 egg mixed w/spinach, 1 slice of cheese, 1 slice of nf canadian bacon; scoop leftover taco casserole; coffee w/ hwc
L: 2 turkey/swiss/mayo wrapped in lettuce, a few pork rinds w/sc dip
S: some cashews..about a half cup
D: Chicken topped w/melted swiss ham & mushrooms; fresh green beans, water
S: maybe an atkins indulge bar later this evening

After my long IF story on another thread, this was an unusual day for me. Unbelievably busy at work, got home late and honestly didn't think about eating. (Is this really me??)

Anyway,

Small handful of raw almonds
Dinner will be pot roast with carrots and celery.

Ended up having cauliflower instead of green beans. Also had a cup of coffee with HWC. The mushroom sauce on my chicken was divine. I love eating high fat!

Now that my husband is on board (and the cook in the family) the should be easier!

L: Chili's lighter side 6 ounce sirloin with a side salad and ranch (office luncheon)
D: My husband made something he found online called "Crack Slaw". Cabbage, onions and bacon..seasoned and sautéed. New to me...very good.
