THANK YOU OLLIE!!!!

Just want to thank Ollie for instructions on cooking kelp noodles (I did a search, older thread). They were awesome!! For a noodle substitute, shredded tofu is still the best but these are a close second. I do a lot of Asian cooking and both of these types are great with this kind of food.
