It's Tuesday: What Are You Eating
What is everyone eating today?

Breakfast: coffee with half & half, splenda
Lunch: greek salad with grilled chicken, sparkling water
Dinner: sauteed chicken and broccoli in olive oil and garlic, salad with olive oil and balsamic vinegar, water, glass of wine

B:yogurt with flaxmeal, coconut, almonds and coffee with hnh
L: chicken salad, cukes and grapes
D: beef roast, carrot and roasted broccoli

Bkfst: 4 slices bacon, 2 scrambled eggs
Lunch: tuna on a big salad, olive oil & dressing
Dinner: marinated flank steak with veggie - maybe roasted cauliflower in garlic and olive oil

B- Large iced coffee from Mcdonalds, bacon, tomato and mayo

L- Small piece of buffalo chicken thigh...sliced cucumber and ranch

D- Making halibut in a coconut curry sauce

B: LC Wrap with egg white and laughing cow cheese, green tea
S: 2oz. each of non fat cottage cheese and yogurt with cinnamon, 1/2 a green apple
L: Roasted chicken thighs, green salad
S: 1/2 of a green apple and some walnuts
D: Not sure as yet.

B: Homemade Breakfast sausage wrapped in bacon, 2 eggs cooked in butter and 1/2 avacodo

L: Leftover herb and parmesan cheese crusted pork loin, with homemade gravy & homemade collard greens YUM!

D: Steak, broccolini & a couple small beets

Dessert will be either jello/whipped cream or some little chocolate protein powder candies if I get around to making them.

L: burger patty w/cheese, handful of grape tomatoes
s: pork rinds sour cream
D: turkey cutlet, mashed cauliflower, tomatoes w/olive oil and sea salt

B: coffee with hwc, meatballs with hollandaise
L: goat cheese and dill omelet with a small Momotaro tomato from the garden chopped and sprinkled over the top (YUM!)
D: will be london broil on the grill that has been marinating for 2 days, braised kale and Ichiban eggplant from the garden brushed with olive oil and grilled along side the meat

Miss Beeps, your meals sound divine. I love the emphasis on the fresh ingridients too. Emel, that crockpot lasagne sounds good too. Do you have a recipe for that?

B- 2 slices of cheddar cheese

L - Green salad with Maria's Ranch, and 1/2 a cheese quesadilla with low carb tortilla.

Snack - Atkins shake on my drive home from work.

D - Meat loaf that I made, with a squirt or two of sugar free catsup!

B: 1/2 ribeye steak, 1/2 small baked potato
L: grilled cheese on wheat with grape tomatoes and chicken breast, cucumber dipped in ranch
S: 1/4 ribeye steak, 1 sm. red potato, 1 cup green beans

snack: not sure yet

B- a smoothie- chocolate carb countdown milk with coffee protein powder and 3 oz. Greek Gods full fat yogurt. Coffee with stevia.
L- salad with grilled chicken, olives, tomatoes, balsamic vinaigrette
D- zucchini casserole with spaghetti squash, spinach, ground turkey, marinara and ricotta. Topped with mozzarella. That's all I had. No room for salad.
S- Martini with 3oz. Gin.
Walking 10,000 steps tomorrow. Way too busy today. 10 days no wine and feeling great!
