Monday...Whatcha eatin thread?
B-coffee, sweet n low, maybe 1tbsp hwc
D-a couple burger patties, mayo, sf ketchup
S-coffee w/hwc, maybe some jerky
Going to try to do a meat/egg/fat fast for a few days.
B: 2 8 oz Bpc coffee with tsp butter coconut oil and hwc in each
Breakfast part 2 : I1 egg with 1/2 oz cheese tsp guac tsp diced tomato scrambled in butter
Snack : hot tea with stevia splash hwc
L: cup of homemade chicken and veggie soup/ small green salad with vinager and olive oil
D: thinking boneless skinless chicken baked with oregano olive oil and Parmesan maybe some Roma tomatoes roasted on top with garlic and sautéed zucchini with a small side salad
Lots if water and maybe a hot chai tea in the evening ( with vanilla, hwc and stevia)
Wow, I am up almost 10 pounds. Uhh, yeah, that's what cheating every single day will do to you. Up 4 pounds in just one day (I know it's mostly likely not 4 pounds of fat gained in 24 hours), but body fat % is going in the right direction, so I am hopeful. Today:
B: earl grey tea with 1 half-and-half and 2 splenda
L: from food trucks: bulgogi bowl with fried egg, vegetables, salad, no rice.
D: something healthy from Whole Foods hot bar on the way to boyfriend's to watch tennis. Will try to resist the white chocolate martinis he wants to make. I'm planning on vodka/tonics or red wine.
2 coffees with cream
B: 2 eggs and Turkey Sausage
D: Pork chop and mashed cauliflower
I was up this am :( I know I overate salty foods, as I awoke at 4am with a horrible leg cramp.
B: Coffee with HWC and Splenda, Roasted Vegetable quiche
S: a Tablespoon of butter (I was wanting to snack), 1 serving Jalepeno Cheese
L: Salad with chicken salad
D: crockpot Beef soup
Breakfast: 3 scrambled eggs, 4 thin slices bacon
Lunch: mixed green salad and roasted chicken wings
Dinner: ? I think marinated flank steak with salad or veggies.
Snack if I need one: 1/2 landjaeger (dry cured sausage) or an ounce of gruyere
B1: BPC w/ 1 tbs Kerrygold and HWC
B2: Pumpkin smoothie ~ 1/3 cup pure pumpkin, 2 tsp. cream cheese, 1 egg, 1 scoop protein powder, 1 cup unsweetened almond milk, pumpkin pie spice, packet of Splenda, crushed ice blended in my Vitamix.
L: Breakfast usually stays with me forever, so maybe a piece of cheddar and tri-tip if I get hungry.
D: Tri-tip and mashed cauliflower with cream cheese and a splash of HWC
3 egg omelet w/half an ounce of cheese, 4 bacon, coffee
beef broccoli soup (it's tasty!)
chicken thighs, asparagus, salad with ranch and olive oil
dessert if I want it is lime jello with whipped cream.
crockpot 3 cups broth, about 1 1/2 c diced cooked beef roast, thyme, bay leaf, salt and pepper, garlic
saute onion and celery. Add hot water and coarsely chopped broccoli to the pan, cook til tender. Put half into the pot and smash the other half with a stick blender or food processor, add to pot. Add 2 oz cream cheese, 1/2 cup sour cream, adjust seasonings, heat gently. Add 1 1/2 cups shredded sharp cheddar, heat gently.
Very tasty and filling, and super easy. I found that it needed a pat of good butter stirred in to make it just right, and it would be good with a few other chopped unwhirled veggies, maybe mushrooms or zucchini or a few carrots.

L- bacon, sunflower seeds and an unsweetened almond milk/cinnamon shake
D- 3 oz grilled chicken w/ veggies
+100 oz plain water
= 1,126 calories, 89g total fat, 30g sat fat, 28 total carbs, 17 net.
B: 3 eggs w/spinach, nf canadian bacon & white american cheese; coffee w/hwc
L: hamburger w/ american cheese, pickles, low car catsup
D: Renee Tilapia Magic (recipe from LCF) side salad, sauteed peppers
Lots of water todday!
Breakfast: coffee with HWC, splenda
Lunch: mixed green salad with salmon, broccoli, cucumbers, a bit of red onion and parmesan mixed with olive oil and balsamic vinegar
Dinner: pork and broccoli stir fry, vodka and soda with a splash of cranberry juice

L: 2 eggs poached with 2T Trader Joe's hollandaise sauce, 3 pieces of bacon
D: 2 lamb loin chops seasoned with za' atar, lemon zest, garlic and olive oil, 1 C dijon roasted cauliflower (recipe from Peace Love and Low Carb website) 1/2 c french green beans
probably some kefir for dessert
B: chicken broth with one tlb of butter
L: Ground Hamburg w/ Alfredo sauce over spag squash
D: Chicken breasts with broccoli
