Best MCT oil for bulletproof coffee??

Is one brand of MCT oil better than another?

Where can I get it for the best price and fastest shipping?

No...MCT is MCT is MCT. It is fractionated coconut oil, C8/C10 fatty acids. There is absolutely no difference from one brand to another. It's not possible to vary the 'quality' without changing the chemical composition or diluting it with something else...and if they do that, it's no longer MCT oil.

Also, I've seen Kerrygold butter mentioned here. I have never seen it in my stores though.

We have store brand/generic butter, challenge brand and Land O Lakes brand.

Which one should I get?

If you have Kroger, look in the deli section with cheeses, not with butter. They do carry Kerrygold

We don't have Kroger here but I go out of town once a month and according to the Kerrygold website there is a Kroger there that carries it. I may have to take a small ice chest next time I go and try it out!

Land O'Lakes unsalted tastes the best out of your local options.
