Happy Labor Day weekend LC Friends! May you all be safe and have a lovely 3 day weekend. Camping for us, although it will probably rain us out.

B: Bacon and 1 egg, Coffee w/cream (out of coconut oil!)

L: salad w/mushrooms, log mozzarella, basil, Caesar, leftover grilled chicken, Diet Sierra Mist

S: Lunch meat

D: Crock Pot Pork, veggie of some sort

Snowdancer, hope you have a great time camping! We are excited for Labor Day weekend too. I think we are getting out of work early -- yahoo! So to that end, I am skipping lunch and will meet my fiance at a high end steakhouse on the waterfront nearby for an early low carb dinner.

Breakfast: coffee with cream, splenda
Lunch/Dinner: grilled swordfish, asparagus, salad, vodka gimlet with fresh lime juice

Breakfast: eggs
Lunch: salad with blue cheese dressing/chicken thighs
Dinner: chicken and spaghetti squash

For breakfast, only coffee with 1 T HWC and 2 Splendas.

Lunch -- will probably make myself a gorgeous chicken salad.

Dinner -- would like to find a good recipe for LC Asian beef. I have some fresh ginger rattling around my crisper. I can have it with cauliflower "rice".

Breakfast - 2 eggs and bacon, coffee; Lunch - a huge bowl of non starchy veggies with cheese, olive oil and vinegar, and a grilled chicken breast with curry mayonnaise.

After my not-intentional-but-there-it-was-did-not-eat-for-24-hours....

Breakfast - Eggs, piece of chicken, low carb pita bread, and an Atkins Shake. (Hey, I was starving!)

Lunch - Cheese stick, low carb muffin

Dinner - Green salad with blue cheese dressing, can of tuna on top.

Breakfast - two eggs with 1 tab of butter, coffee, two cheese sticks
Lunch - still not hungry, had some beef jerky
Early Dinner - Wings with Blue Cheese Dressing, Big Salad
Snack maybe - do not know yet
