not hungry.
Brunch will be bulletproof broth and a leftover piece of cauliflower crust pizza, with extra toppings.
Dinner is mini meat loaves, green beans, and a salad if I want it.
And there's strawberry pie if I want it for dessert

Mini meat loaves
lb of ground beef
1/4 c beef broth
egg
1 slice TJ's sprouted wheat multigrain
salt and pepper and a little worchestershire and garlic and onion powders
1 tbl reduced sugar ketchup

pie---
2 c sliced strawberries, then you mix a packet of cook and serve sf vanilla pudding, 1 1/2 c water, and a packet of sf lemon jello. Bring to a boil, boil 1-2 min, pour over berries and top with whipped cream. It's good... a little carbier than usual for me, but okay as a small serving. My husband loves it so I'll make him eat it up lol.

You can use more berries if you want. I believe the carb count per volume goes down with more berries. I was thinking you could mix a few berries with a cup of prepared strawberry jello, let that set up, and then pour the pudding goop over it-- less carbs and still a nice thick piece.

Changing the Greek salad to a tossed green salad with Romaine and spinach, bacon, h.b. egg, celery, tomato, red onion, red pepper and homemade ranch dressing and skipping the lava cake.

I've been worried that I'm not eating enough protein/fat, so going to have a bunless cheeseburger for lunch, dripping with fat.

Snacks: artichoke (my son's favorite!) and sooo happy: found sugar-free, nitrate-free beef sausage (a rarity here).

No idea about dinner. I'll have a crunchy green salad with lettuce, cucumber, radishes and black olives at some point though.

I really have to reign in the vegetables or I'll stall. They're my favorite thing about LC.

Breakfast/lunch, since they were a combo meal - a can of tuna with a spoonful of mayo in it, and a cheese quesedilla (with low carb tortilla of course.)

Dinner - Hamburger with taco seasoning, in a bowl, and a sprinkle of cheddar.

It's been a light day.

Just realized I forgot to add 2 carbs for coffee. That brings the total up to 23.6.
