Salad with ham, cheese and hardboiled egg w/italian dressing

B-Coffee, hwc, Splenda, made oopsie rolls for the first time last night, so I heated one up in toaster, added a wee bit of butter and sugar free strawberry jello. It tasted fine, just don't feel like it was very filling. I might need to fry up some bacon or sausage.
L-salad with deli turkey
D-not sure yet

Take-out grilled chicken salad with lettuce, tomato, raw onions, avocado, broccoli -- ranch dressing.

I felt full after three bites.

Man! What time zone are you all in!? Makes me feel lazy!! I made an awesome eggplant lasagne last night, so that was breakfast/lunch. D - chili dogs! I love LindaSue's chili dog chili. : )

D: Taco Tuesday so I will be having the fillings of three beef tacos (seasoned meat, lettuce, cheese, topped with salsa and sour cream)

B: 2 cups coffee w 1tbs coconut oil and 1tsp Truvia.

Lunch: pulled pork w bacon bits

Dinner: baby back ribs w two tbs spicy mustard sauce.

Desert: two egg egg cream.

Breakfast - 3 slices of cheddar cheese, Atkins Shake

Lunch - Low carb muffin

Dinner - Lemon-pepper Pollack, dark green salad (trying to hard to ignore the low carb Dreamfield's leftover mac and cheese from last night that is in my fridge!)
