I use about 2 tablespoons of some combo of HWC, CO, MCT, or Butter. Sometimes I have more than one cup so I am cautious of going to far with the fat. If my afternoon coffee is iced, the go-to combo is MCT and HWC. Yum!
I also salt my coffee, as it helps me up my sodium for the day and I've come to enjoy the taste. I may try cinnamon . . . . feeling like a risk taker today!

Do you still use a 2tbl. combo with the iced coffee? I liked my iced coffee brewed super strong

Those who say it's not filling for you and you still have to eat breakfast, I'd especially like to know the exact ingredients you're using.

BTW, I haven't tried BPC yet. It's on the way though. I ordered the upgraded coffee and mct oil yesterday.
I use the upgraded coffee and 1-2 T of the upgraded MCT oil. If I used a full 2 oz of (Kerrygold) butter, I use 1 T of MCT. If I use 1.5 oz butter, I bump the MCT oil to 2 T. With both of these combinations I'm full for 4 hours at least, and I can easily not eat for 6 hours if my mind is occupied.

Curious what their explanation is for the 'upgrade' on MCT since MCT is MCT is MCT. It's c8/c10 fatty acids and glycerol from refined coconut oil. I called my friend at the oil company I used to work for and asked him to explain "upgraded MCT". When he stopped laughing, he said, "marketing".

Never mind...found this on some website. Now I know why he laughed:

"Upgraded™ MCT oil is extracted from palm and coconut oil in a time consuming process, making it the most potent MCT on the market. No metal catalysts are used in the manufacturing process, and every batch of our MCT is tested for heavy metals. Upgraded™ MCT is 100% capric and caprylic acid and has a perfect 8-10 carbon saturated fat level."

Okay okay - I tried it before just by putting a tbsp of coconut oil in my coffee along with the hwc but it was like an oil slick on my lips - after reading about blending to emulsify it I just tried again - I LOVE it now and added Kerrygold butter too!

After blending this I wonder how long it will stay blended? I can't eat or drink anything until an hour or so after I get up. I make my coffee just before I leave home in the mornings but don't drink it until 30 mins to an hour later. I always have to microwave it before drinking.
