The last 24hours
 
Have been interesting. Today is day 7 and I have lost a half pound a day BUT yesterday a goof doubled my carbs to 40-50 est, and I was roaring hungry last night, ate protein and mucho fat.
Today I woke up in ketosis for the first time, raccoon mouth, flu-ish and all, and up 2/10ths of a pound.
I'm just getting the idea that I really :)need the fat. I've installed an app to track nutrients, and went through all the convolutions to let me set the desirable percentages, though it tells me of course the calories are too high, but this may help me.
It's all good.

Yeah...I wouldn't worry about the calories to start with. Focus on your carbs. There's time to tweak later if you don't lose/stop losing.

No calorie counting here!
 
I don't care about calories, but I can't find an app to count carbs that doesn't automatically count calories too.
