i should not call this a boast...

because i was not making the greatest food choices...but I wanted to share my ray of sunshine with y'all. I found my tape measure about an hour ago. I went from a 64" waist to a 57" waist. Not all at once to be sure. My rt leg, for the past 3 months was and is giving me severe pain. I will find out what's what tomorrow at the doctor. Why did I wait so long? I lost courage. Let's leave it at that. Rejoice with me. At least I will be going IN there with a smile on my face. Wish me luck. Love & Profits: FLATFERENGHI

NOW I can boast!

another 4.4 lbs off the old keester (dr.'s scale). I am pleased as sugar free punch. Following plan to the letter. blood glucose and blood pressure restored to normal. Rt leg pain is due to rheumatoid artlad for yourhritis. Pain pill (tramadol) not working yet. If nothing happens by Mon, I will ask for something else. So glad for your encouraging feedback. Cleo, so glad you are back. I really missed you. More later. Love & Profits: FLATFERENGHI

I second acupuncture if you can get it...I don't have arthritis but it has always helped me with pain relief for various problems, and as far as I know does not interact with medications.
