Macros??

I hear a lot about "macro" with low carb on this site. What is it and how does it affect weight loss? Is it something you count?

Macros are the macronutrients in food: carbs, protein, fat, and alcohol.

If what you're doing is working, keep doing it. With Atkins, there's no need to count more than carbs if you don't have to. If you need to tweak your food, looking at protein in addition to carbs can be helpful.
