Moderate carb is going great, BUT I am concerned about not enough calories

Hello everyone I started back to moderate carbing last Monday and have lost 6.8 pounds in a week which is great! The only thing I am concerned about is that I am not getting enough calories. I am recording everything I eat on a carb counter and calorie counter. I am also exercising a lot. My concern is that when I entered my calories for today they only added up to 758 calories for the day which is way low. As far as carbs go I am at 40 for the day. Should I be worried that I will go into starvation mode? I do not feel hungry though. Here is a sample of today's menu, please feel free to give advice!

B-3 bacon, 2 large eggs
L-iceberg lettuce salad with French dressing, 4 Tbsp croutons (I love them, that's why so many)
S- hamburger party, dill pickle slices
Snacks- sf jello, 1 cup strawberries

Starvation mode isn't how few calories you're eating, it's how fast you drop those calories from your 'normal'. Combine that with any exercising you're doing and your body may start becoming more efficient because it's seeing such a drastic difference in your intake/output all at once. Simple explanation.

Why are you eating so little? Where's the protein at your lunch? How about fats? My .02...I'd increase both of those.

Any chance you are willing to switch that French salad dressing to a fattier version like Italian or Blue Cheese? That would be a simple way to add 100-200 calories without changing up too much.
Add some protein and/or cheese with the salad, too.
What did you have with the burger patty? Cheese? Mayo? What was the fat content? An 80/20 or 85/15 patty at 6oz can be anywhere from 400-500 calories alone.

Well as far as why I am eating so little, I am just not hungry. I will add a grilled chicken party to lunch, but as for the fat I have never liked it on my meat at all. It makes me gag. So even when I eat bacon, I make it on the George Foreman so that it is well done. Any suggestions for fats that are not chewy like the meat kind?

I have never tried Italian dressing, but my husband has a bottle in the fridge so I will try it. I hate all kinds of cheese unless it is on pizza unfortunately! My daughter picked up the meat for tonight and got 97 percent lean. She is only 17 and grabbed what was on sale.

Cook things in oil, add butter to your veggies, full fat dressings, avocado, nut butters, nuts, real cream in your coffee, etc. All of these are low or lower carb options with good fats and pack a nice calorie punch.

I will add the fat, thank you! I added another hamburger party and ended up with 1100 calories so that makes me feel a little better about the calories.

I would add that you need to make sure you are getting sufficient protein to maintain your lean body mass. If you don't you will lose lean body mass along with fat, and while you may end up weighing less, it could be a "thin on the outside, fat on the inside" situation.

When I have a day when I'm not hungry and don't each much, I make sure to focus on protein.
