chicken salad.
leftover flat iron steak on salad w/ranch and olive oil

dinner out. The menu is cool.
They have devilled eggs topped with crab meat on the appetizer section.
I'll decide between a bunless lamb burger with mixed greens, or a pork chop with a warm crab, asparagus, and tomato salad, served with southern-style greens.

Hi,
B: BPC
L: Grilled chicken, salad
S: 1 oz almonds, peanuts; 1 Quest bar, celery, coffee
D: Tilapia, pan roasted squash
Water: 2.7 L so far, 5 goal

I think I'm in ketosis, which is probably the first time since I started this WOE 10 years ago. I have dropped my protein intake, maintained roughly the same carb intake (which was always < 30 net gm) and bumped up the fat. Those ketostix always come back negative, but my appetite is strange, my breath is strange, and I can't sleep. I'm sure that's ketosis, or as close as I'm going to get.

@soon,
Thank you.
I do have a tetra of chicken broth in the fridge.
Was contemplating bulletproof broth, and think I would be ok with the taste, but not the smell.
I just had a handful of nuts.

It's hard after puking, all you want is bland. I refuse to eat wheat, but dh was suggesting GF crackers. They're still crazy high in carbs though so turned em down.
An oopsie woulda been nice, but they're too fiddly for hubs to make and I'm not in the condition...
