I forgot how much I love HWC!

I have restarted LC as of 7/29/13. Been doing great, feeling much better, etc. I had a 1/2 gallon of half and half in my fridge that I have been using in my morning coffee. (Even that is not recommended on my previous WW plan, but I hate skim milk). I have been using the half and half because I didn't want to waste it. Well, today I bought some HWC and am sitting here with a cup of decaf with HWC added. OMG, I forgot how good it is! I think a cup of this every afternoon may be the ticket to not wanting to eat too much protein in the evening. Yum

I am allergic to shellfish unfortunately....
I have tried the CO in the coffee before...it is pretty good, may have to get some more.
I am having more coffee with HWC as I type this..SO good. I LOVE the food I am able to eat on this WOE. I have had corned beef & cabbage with butter two days in a row with no water weight gain! Would have been up 5 pounds if I was still eating the carbs.

And broccoli with cheese, and cauliflower with cheese and anything else with cheese!

I love HWC too! Coffee with HWC relaxes me and takes away my cravings for something sweet in the evenings.

I've actually gone the OTHER way - I now prefer half & half to the HWC in my coffee!

Keep in mind that it is NOT a 0 carb item - there are about 6 carbs in a cup of HWC, if my (poor old) memory serves me correctly.

But yeah, LC is the bomb diggity for good stuff to eat!

Cheese crust pizza. MMMMMMMMMMMMMMM!

I find it funny that I don't like most of the typical lc foods that most low carbers love- hwc, fatty steaks like ribeyes, and creamy/cheesy things.

I'm the one that loves chicken breasts, half and half, vegetables, crispy bacon, and lean meats.
