It's THURSDAY! What Are You Eating Today?

Morning all.

Brekky: Mock danish with butter, splenda and cinnamon plus an iced Americano with double cream and sugarfree vanilla syrup from Starbucks.

Lunch: Prawns with mayo, paprika and lemon and a salad of lettuce, cucumber and yellow pepper.

Dinner: Pan fried salmon with broccoli, cabbage and plenty of butter!

Snacks: Peperami, cheesestring if needed.

Plus at least two litres of water and a berocca.

I'm not quite sure but trying to do a clean carniovre approach..

breakfast- chicken breast, with 2 eggs and spoon butter
lunch- chicken breast, small amount steak 2oz or 3 not sure and butter
snack-
dinner-

not quite sure rest day yet but try mixing things up

B- coffee with splenda and cream 3x, 3 scrambled eggs with hwc and some ketchup
L- 3 scrambled eggs with hwc
D- cauliflower buffalo bites

Did a 2 day strict meat and egg fast (to beat the cravings fast after lots of bad choices) and now I am transitioning so its kinda 50/50 as I get back into the swing of things. Funny thing is I am at my all time lowest weight and broke a 9 month stall!!!

YUM! That sounds like a great day of good food! I lost 87 lbs on low cal and am looking for a way to jump start my weight loss again. I decided I wanted to try something different....so induction time it is! We'll see!
