Wheat is definitely a binge-y thing for me. I just want more, more, more.

That's so interesting about feeling full being a trigger. When I'm eating carby foods, I crave that sickeningly full feeling from the first bite. But I have been amazed at how I do so well eating foods that I can only really eat in smallish amounts bc their so dense. If I am doing well on plan, I never feel full, either, but usually I'm not feeling hungry. Hmmmm.... I'll be paying more attention to this.

Even in ketosis, I have the tendency to b*nge (probably, my least favorite word) if I'm not eating pretty close to my daily calorie requirements. Back in June, when I tried limiting calories on NK for a week or two (not even that much, like 1200K a day) I b*nged on like 1.5 sticks of butter in a sitting one day.

That doesn't deter me from Nutritional Ketosis though, because without it, I am constantly obsessing with restricting and then b*nging. Ketosis makes it a zillion times better. I have also found that eating a pretty large breakfast with 30g protein and lots of fat helps a good bit.

To answer your question though, I am not a few months b*nge-free. It has been 17 days since I started NK again and 17 days since I b*nged on scones, muffins, and doughnuts.
