B: veggies (celery, cucumber, green pepper) with some sour cream dip and 2 ham and swiss cheese rollups, 2 coffees with cream
L: Not sure yet
D: jalapeno chedder sausage with salad
S: no sugar added pudding cup

Brekky: Two rashers of bacon, one fried egg, one scrambled egg, half a tomato and a few sauteed mushrooms.

Lunch: A platter of salami, piri piri chicken, gherkin, cheese, lettuce, cucumber and orange pepper.

Dinner: Roast lamb with cabbage, broccoli and mint sauce.

Snacks: Peperami, cheesestring.

Plus at least two litres of water.
