L: 1 chicken breast (skinless, boneless) with green beans
S: Coffee with milk
D: 1 chicken breast with chilli sauce and mixed veggies

B: 2 eggs in butter
L: 3 eggs, deviled
D: 3eggs, scrambled and 2 oz avocado

L Bunless Mozz cheeseburger w onion+ pickle,Zuchinni,peppers,onion+ garlic fried in butter w fresh basil and homegrown tomatoe,sun tea w sweet n low
D won't be hungry but if I am I have leftover bacon+ Brussels sprouts

I had the best news yesterday! My BP went down from 149/119 in January to 109/64! I am so happy!!! Now I just have to maintain that! I need to have my triglycerides and cholesterol rechecked to see if any improvement has happened in those areas!
