B: Omelette made with garden veggie egg beaters and cheese, 1 coffee with milk
L: Tuna sammie (Tunna prepared with mayo and pickle)
S: veggies with hummus
D: 1 skinless baked chicken breast with green beans

chicken legs coated w/almond flour, parmesan, and seasonings with salad and ranch/olive oil.

L - small granny smith apple and some raw almonds
D - Green salad topped with brussels sprouts, zucchini & tomatoes (all roasted), feta cheese, walnuts and whatever salad dressing I feel like at the moment
