Hi everyone I haven't posted in awhile, I have so far lost 90lbs since October 2012, I feel a lot better I have gone from a size 24 pant to a size 16!

I have been having a hard week, I feel like I have lost this weight and my body is always going to be gross! I have all this extra skin and it's uncomfortable. I want to work out more intensely but I feel like all this crap is bouncing around. I guess I just need to hear that I'm not the only one to feel this way!

I am going to join the local Y, I just need something different to kick me into gear. Can anyone please suggest clothing to wear while working out? I found a great sports bra, but I have a lot of loose skin in the stomach area. I have heard to try compression clothing, but I have no idea where to start!

My next goal is to lose 10 more pounds by the end of August for an even 100lbs gone.

My initial goal was 175 pounds, so I'm sticking with that first but I think I will eventually go for 150. I wish I didn't have all this loose skin! UGH.

I know exactly how you feel. My stomach and upper thighs are a mess. I bought a belt to go around my midde. It holds the fat in place so things don't bounce around. I only wear it when I exercise.

(((HUGS))) You are DEFINITELY not alone!! I've heard that it can take a year or more of maintain your loss for the skin to bounce back as much as it is going to. Don't let it discourage you or keep you from moving forward.

I don't have any good advice on work out clothes, I just wanted to give you some support and let you know you aren't alone! You've done an AMAZING job so far! KUTGW!!

I've lost 125 pounds and also have the skin issue. I've been wearing those stretchy cami things (I can't think of what they're called - some kind of "shape wear") as it keeps the extra skin from jiggling. I bought mine at Walmart.
