Trying to remember, is a headache normal? I have had one yesterday and today. :(

It happens. Try to drink some broth to make sure you are getting enough sodium.

Welcome back. I restarted a year ago, on the same day as you. Yes, the first couple of days can be rough, but it is so worth it. Keep your food intake up. Eat as much as you want and don't allow yourself to get hungry. Just eat foods from the Induction Food List. Drink plenty of water and make sure you get enough salt.

I did the Atkins diet about 10 years ago and lost about 45 pounds. I do not remember having headaches or fatigue. This time around I have been on it for 3 weeks now, and the first week I felt so exhausted. It was all I had to make it to work 5 hours a day, and I came home and crashed. I also had headaches regularly. I feel great now though. It was worth a few days of fatigue. 3 weeks later and I am 15 pounds down. Maybe more I haven't weighed in since last Tuesday. Hang in there, drink plenty of water, and in a few days you'll be feeling great.

I am in the eigth week, and I still have them at times.

Yes - normal - I had them for about 3 or 4 days - then ketosis kicked in and I couldn't sit still with so much energy.

I am on day 2 of low sugar really the only carbs/sugar I have been eating is 2 slices of ww bread at lunch which I am going to ease off of next week. I have still managed to drop 5 pounds in 2 days and yes I do have a heck of headache and very achy all over :(

My husband started by easing off bread. He had been eating 8-10 slices a day!!
He now eats 2 slices per day.
(Open faced at bfast and lunch)

He went from 265 to 228 and feels great!
