Whats your new food or snack that you love?

I can't stop eating this...
I made a batch of chopped liver (cooked chicken liver, cooked onion in olive oil hard boiled eggs blended in a food processer)

I use this spread on one minute muffin, cheese crisps, pork rinds and vegetables like cuckumber and bell pepper strips.

So delicious!

What do you mean by parfait, please? Pudding? Ice Cream? A parfait in Jersey is ice cream so I'm a little confused.

Thanks MsWoods!

A serving each of little cubed cheeses and pepperoni bites or slices. I make up snack bags of these and they are great for that "gotta have something" snack or to eat on the go!!

I have been pining for diet grape crush for YEARS. You can't buy it here

Well, we went to the states a few weeks ago and I bought some grape crush water enhancer (like mio). Put some of that in 0 carb club soda and it was the greatest treat I've had in awhile!!!
So yummy!

Is it cool whip? To me it tasted a little like half and half maybe. There's not much in it, just enough to give it a white color.

Here is a picture of the product I found on the internet, but it's exactly like this. It's called Lakeview Farms.

I've bought these a few times from the supermarket, and they're a great little one serving snack. They come in a couple of flavors, though my store only has the chipotle and BBQ (the BBQ has a couple of more grams of carbs than the others).

I took a package to a movie last night, and it was a nice little snack.

Cube steak!

Steak is one of my favorite foods, but I really can't afford to buy it. I love ground beef but let's be honest, it's just not the same flavor as steak! Cube steak, on the other hand, is just as cheap as ground beef but tastes like actual steak - win/win! I season it up with lots of salt, pepper and garlic and fry it in a hot cast iron skillet and then top it with homemade garlic & herb butter.

I'm a buffalo nutcase! My favorite sauce, hands down, is a simple mix of Frank's Red Hot, melted butter, red pepper flakes and LOTS of fresh garlic (I usually send the garlic cloves through my garlic press because that's the quickest and easiest but I like the texture better and get better garlic flavor when I use a garlic grater plate). Everyone I feed my wings to says it's the best buffalo sauce they've ever had!

I could eat a whole pan full of these.

Last night at Trader Joe's they were serving peppered salami slices stuffed with cream cheese, rolled up and on a toothpick. It was so good, I bought 2 packages of the salami. I think I will be snacking on that for the next few days.

My current favorite is to smash up a ripe avocado, crumble up 2 pieces of bacon in it, add a little shredded cheese, and some mayo. It's more of a meal than a snack, but I LOVE it. I rarely eat veggies, but when I decide to splurge, it's always on avocado. So so yummy!!

My current favorites are fruit in season and fava beans. I had a whole meal of just boiled fava beans with salt the other day.

Netrition site shows a Frank's Red Hot wings sauce and also a cayenne pepper sauce. Is the the wing's sauce you are using?

Can you believe I've never had a buffalo wing?

I never got the allure. Wings have no meat! Do you just suck on the sauce?

I just found low carb yogurts so I like the vanilla it reminds me of pudding, and I swear I couldn't have made it through the summer without Breyer's Carb Smart ice cream. I love wings I think I'll have to make some now after reading this thread. I love dill pickle relish too!

My current favorite snack is strange, but I really like it. I make cheese crackers from extra sharp cheddar, with a pinch of cayenne on them. Then, after they are out of the microwave, I spread sour cream and sprinkle bacon on top. It's sort of like a baked potato skin like experience.

This sounds great! What type of cheese nukes well to make them crispy?

Empugs, you know it sounds weird, but after I prep my LC yogurt with vanilla and liquid splenda, sometimes I mix in a bit of PB for a peanut butter pudding. It's even better with sour cream and mixes easier, but I can have triple the amount of it when I use the yogurt
