So yummy!
Natalia, glad you mentioned this, I was looking for grape soda for 10 years!! What's up with the soda makers? Why don't they make grape and strawberry sugar free soda!!!!!!

I know, right? And when I was little, A&W used to make a diet clear cream soda that was great. That's long gone, too.

You might be able to find a wild strawberry squeeze enhancer and try it with the club soda.

Local raspberries I pick myself at the farm stand. The best thing is eating some in the field when they are still warm from the sun.

Local Ranier cherries. They are expensive so I don't buy a lot of them, but they are so good.

Baby yellow zucchini have been at the farm stands lately. I like them steamed and then tossed with fresh parsley from the garden and a little olive oil. That has been my dinner vegetable about 3 nights a week while they're available.

Heirloom tomatoes. I don't think I need to explain that one. Amazing.

Fresh dill on anything I can think of. Eggs, chicken, whatever.

Before I read your post today I took my peeps to McDs and interrogated the girl. She insisted the base was simply coffee and ice, so if I used cream and SF syrup, it would be LC. I got a small and it was delicious!!

The readings indicate 6 carbs but I'm thinking that's for 1/2 cup milk. Cream would be lower. It looked like she pressed the button twice, but idk the quantity f cream would be in it.

I do plan to order it again, very tasty!!!!

What do you put in your spicy mayo dip? Sounds tasty

Crap I guess I put it on the wrong post.
The sf syrup has carbs listed bc it is sweetened with erythritol, as well as ace k and Splenda.
If you order iced coffee with just cream,
Small has 2 carbs
Med has 3 carbs
Large has 4 carbs
Then you could add your own sweetener.

If you live near Issaquah, the farmer's market at pickering barn has them for $2.99 per pound on Saturdays.

Kale Krunch cheesy flavor (has no cheese). It is my favorite thing! Netrition has it, but it doesn't come up when you search on kale chips, so I missed it for I dont' know how long.

No other kale chips compare, and TJ in particular are awful compared to these!

Garlic, cayenne or chipotle pepper, maybe a bit of liquid smoke, with mayo as the base. Sometimes I branch out and add other flavors, but that's the base of it. It goes beautifully with so many things, veggies, seafood, and meats. I keep a jar in the fridge at all times.

I'm a lazy cook & don't eat processed foods... The newest yummy thing I can think of is garlic sea salt. I got a big grinder of it (one of Himalayan salt, too!) a few weeks ago & add it to all sorts of things.

I don't snack & anything I can't stop eating is likely to be banned from my home for my own protection so sea salt is probably about as exciting as it is going to get.

Lately I have been craving sweet treats again, and I have 2 that I really like. But I have to be careful and only make 1 serving at a time or I eat too much

One is a low carb mock cheese cake. I just mix cream cheese, sour cream, and sweetener, and then add whatever I'm in the mood for - a few berries, nuts, sf choc chips, etc. I put that in the freezer for about an hour and it's yummy!

The other one is a new microwave brownie that I just discovered. It's made with almond butter, and egg white (or egg beater) and it comes out warm and ooey gooey!

I've been enjoying "milkshakes" made with almond milk, hwc and stevia. I've only made two (I limit them), but there are delicious! I found the recipe on a website.

@handbells- I don't know how thick your shake comes out- maybe the HWC gives it body?

What I do know is that I love the thick luxurious mouth feel of big train frapp.
They put a pinch of guar or xanthan in the mix so if you want more thickness to your shake you could try that

I agree. I always put a tiny bit of xanthan gum in my protein shakes & they come out so nice and thick!

I love having my mock Italian Soda. My doctor recommended this one.

Sugar free soda (rootbeer or any other flavor) or sparkling flavored water (we like the ICE ones or the Walmart ones)

Add some HWC, stir and drink with a straw. Very satisfying. I use the ICE pineapple/coconut and it tastes just like a mock Pina Colada.
