After my scone baking yesterday...probably everything including the kitchen sink, but I'll make sure it's still within my protein and carb restrictions. Hellloooo fat.

Here's the *planned*...

B: 2 eggs in butter, .5 oz bacon
L: 3 deviled eggs made with 2Tbs mayo and a cup of fresh green beans with garlic butter
D: Caesar salad with 3 oz grilled chicken and homemade caesar dressing

B- 1/2 c chicken salad but I'm still hungry so I'll have a cup of buttered broth w/a tbl HWC
L-raw veggies w a tbl of dip, oopsie roll with beef, lettuce, tomato, and mayo.
D- big salad w/chicken salad and 2 devilled egg halves if there's any left by then, and if there's not, I'll have a little more sliced beef on the salad, too. Might do another cup of broth, if I want it.

Good Morning All!

B: Chocolate protein shake ninja'd with 1 T of chia seeds, 4 ice cubes and a big splash of sf Torani S'mores.

L: 3-4 deli slices of roast beef rolled up with a bit of cream cheese

S: 1 T almond butter or 5 Trader Joes Spicy Flax tortilla chips

D: homemade chicken salad on lettuce leaf.

* I also follow every meal with 1T of coconut oil and drink approx 1 gallon of flavored water during the day
