Suzee-- how are you doing?

Remember to stay full on allowed foods--- don't go hungry! After you stay with the good foods for a while, it really does get easier and easier.

I was recovering from an eating disorder, so I had to start with a lot of food at first. I didn't worry about racing to lose weight fast. My goal was to knock out the cravings for the bad stuff. After I got a handle on that, I started paying attention to how much food my body wanted/needed.

So don't go hungry, and plan/prep your good on-plan foods.
Keep calm and carry on.

I like those large dill pickles ala the concession stand style. Yes, I know they do have a few more carbs, but they kinda kill the appetite. They take about 20 minutes to eat.

I like to take either shredded chicken or tuna with baby shrimp, some mayo, and a couple of HB eggs and smoosh it all together with some mustard to make a tuna or chicken salad type thingy. It's quick and easy for me to take to work in my lunch and is filling.
