Not hungry at all, so I might just do 2 meals.

Dinner is a steak with salad/olive oil/ranch.
Lunch, either eggs or chicken with homemade olive oil mayo and raw veggies or salad.

I'm going to a party around 3 or 4 pm so I might sneak a snack in there before I head out---buttered broth or an iced coffee with coconut milk.

Other than the chocolate (not fan of 99%), this all sounds yummy! How do you do your pate?

I had to 'work my way up to the 99%'.

Chicken liver pate is super easy if you have a food processor or something of that nature.

CHICKEN LIVER PATE

1 lb. chicken livers
½ red onion, sliced
3 garlic cloves

In a medium sauce pan, combine water, livers, onions and garlic. Bring to a boil and simmer for about 20 mins.

¾ cup butter
3 tbsp. sherry (I prefer Calvados)
¾ tsp. salt
½ tsp. black pepper
¼ tsp. ground mace
¼ tsp. thyme
¼ tsp. marjoram
¼ tsp. sage
2 tbsp. h.w.c.
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

Drain and puree livers, onions, garlic with butter. Add the rest of ingredients and mix well. Refrigerate up to 2 wks. Freezes well.

I have recently found a source for organic free range chicken livers. This makes it even better in the nutrient values!! I freeze most of it in those tiny silicone forms which hold about 30 - 40 gms and then are easy to take out and defrost as needed.
