I had wheat yesterday.

And my allergies came back with a vengeance.

I decided instead that I wanted 1/2 a wrap for lunch. Plus an empanada. Yep, I know. Anyway, I'm pretty allergic to my cats - but this past week since starting back I hadn't noticed much in the way of my horrible allergies. Well, got home from work yesterday and sneezed for five minutes straight!!!!!! That was the worst of it. Earlier in the afternoon I noticed that I felt bronchitis symptoms coming on - phlegmy chest, coughing, etc. Didn't think anything of it until when I got home and had the sneezing fit. Duh Katie - you now have to avoid wheat!!!

It is how it is!

I get that but not from wheat - I think it's from high fat, or too much dairy

Could it be something completely different?
Pollan counts are high where I live . . . . do you react to that?
