Good morning! Didn't lose a pound this week, but plugging along...
B: 3 thin slices roast beef itch 3 small slices of smoked Swiss. Coffee with HWC
L: leftover Carne Asada from Trader Joes, 1 cup Brussels sprouts
D: spareribs, Caesar salad
S: string cheese

2 eggs scrambled with 1 oz cheddar, 2 oz cooked hamburger, 1 Tbl butter, and salt
salad with chicken thigh, ranch/olive oil
out to dinner--- I think I'll get broiled grouper and scallops with a salad and the veg of the day. And a bourbon and diet with the music afterwards.
L: Grilled chicken (and a little steak), salad
S: 1 oz almonds, 1 oz peanuts, coffee
D: Grilled burger, asparagus
Workout: Greek Yogurt
Water: 2.1 L so far, 5 goal
I'm beginning to feel a bit different with BPC now. Less full, able to drink my water more easily, and maybe hungry a bit earlier. I think I just wasn't used to so much fat at once, and now that I'm more efficient at breaking it down, I don't feel as full. Overall, I am having trouble eating adequate calories as I'm just not hungry, and my protein is probably too low most of the days. Still, my exercise hasn't seemed to have suffered so I'm good there.
Morning!! I find that the appetite suppression with bpc waxes and wanes. Some days it is noon and my appetite is alive and well and other days I will realize it is 3 oclock and I haven't eaten yet.:dunno:
bpc and 1 coffee/hwc
1/2 avocado with a splash of balsamic
leftover steak with a bit of onion and mushrooms on an oopsie and grated c.cheese run under the broiler
leftover cheesecake (if there is any... my non-low carbers have decided they are fans as well!)
B: 2 eggs in butter, 1/2 oz bacon
L: Deviled eggs (2 whole eggs, yolks mixed with 2 Tbs mayo), 6 oz romaine salad with 2 Tbs italian dressing (half is olive oil)
D: 4 oz steamed cod, 4 oz steamed brussel sprouts
B-coffee, sweet n lowX2, 1hb egg mixed with 1.5 slices oscar mayer smoked ham, 1tbsp mayo, 1tbsp pickled jalapeno slices, and some mustard.
L-6oz tilapia, slice red pepper, tartar
D-mushroom alfredo w/shiritake, has a few olives in it
S-sf jello and sf jello parfait.
B-2 eggs, 2 sausage patties, sprinkle of cheddar. That will last me for hours.
L/D I'm working from about 2pm-11pm, and we'll probably be on lock-down because it's too hot to drag the baby out. So I'm going to run by Jimmy John's and pick up a couple of Unwhiches.

D: Leftover burger patty & Italian sausage link; side salad

L: 2 coffee w cream and a triple chocolate Atkins bar (I know, it's TOM)
Sn: big train vanilla frapp and 16 almonds
S: crispy fried chicken tenders coated with egg and parm, cauliflower with cream cheese, parm, and cream.
I also had a small bulletproof broth this afternoon.
